The Space
Located in a beautiful remote area where the Sandhills meet the Loess hills, our home is 2 miles outside of Spalding. While it is a small town, it has a lot to offer, including grocery store, restaurants, bowling alley, swimming pool and lots more. The Cedar River is close where kayaking, canoeing, and tanking are a favorite pastimes. The area also hosts hunting and fishing. Since this is new, I am still working on decoractions and the landscaping. There will be a wardrobe closet in each room. We also have a firepit and binzebo under construction now. Family friendly. Our home is about 50 yards away, but it is very private.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the living area of the barn and the grassy area surrounding it. They can also feel free to enjoy the vineyard and the gardens.
